Iridology is a holistic health practice that has been used as a tool in holistic health for hundreds of years. It that was made popular in the 20th century by Dr. Bernard Jensen (known as the Father of holistic health). Iridology analyzes the patterns, colors, and markings of the iris (the colored part of the eye) which reflect information about a person’s systemic health. Lymphatic Iridology is a branch within the broader field of iridology that focuses specifically on analyzing the lymphatic system through this detailed iris analysis

• Core Belief: Every organ and system in the body corresponds to a specific area in the iris. Changes or signs in these areas may indicate weaknesses, inflammation, or imbalances.

• Method: A trained iridologist uses a magnifying glass, camera, or iriscope to examine the iris.

• Purpose: Iridology is not used to diagnose diseases but rather to assess overall health, inherited traits, and potential weaknesses in the body. Lymphatic Iridology looks for signs that may indicate congestion, weakness, or inflammation in the lymphatic system — which is responsible for immune function, detoxification, and fluid balance in the body.

• Iridology Charts: These are maps of the iris used to interpret specific zones and link them to different parts of the body.

  How We Assess The Iris in Lymphatic Iridology:

  • The eye color and hue of the eye color is often associated with a “lymphatic constitution.”

  • White fibers or markings express the level of lymphatic stagnation/congestion in specific areas of the body

  • Lacunae, crypts, or radii solaris (specific iris patterns) are interpreted as signs of how well lymph is circulating, the physical constitution of the specific organ or gland, or where blockages may exist.

4. Anecia our Practitioner will carefully assess and analyze your iris based on the science of Lymphatic Iridology, as well as take detailed notes on a worksheet that you will be able to keep
